Getting started is as simple as calling our toll free number. First-Aide MTS will contact you to set up your account and assign a personal User ID and password. Once your account is set up, you can begin using First-Aide MTS by calling the Toll Free number, entering your login ID and dictating. You may also use a digital recorder and upload through your web portal account where your dictations will immediately be received. 

Dictations are delivered to you on the next business day.

Documents can be download from the secure 256-bit SSL website, e-mailed, or faxed back to you. In addition, your documents can be faxed or emailed to your designated associates and colleagues. First-Aide MTS uses your letterhead and/or logo on your documents creating professional printed reports.
